Ontario real estate Registrants ask about Park your license
Thinking of parking your real estate license in Ontario? Did you know that to park your real estate license, it does not have to be with a real estate Brokerage near you? Parking your license is just a process that is usually handled by mail and/or by fax. Our park your license service is for all Registrants in Ontario and it does not matter what Brokerage you are with right now or if you are a brand new real estate agent looking to place, park, warehouse, hold, shelve or store your license. The key to look for is LOW EXPENSES. Below are just a few examples of real estate agents just like you who have queries about parking their license. We get questions almost every single day from Realtors who are making a change in their real estate careers and hence need a place to park their license for their future use of that valuable licence and most important, having is parked with a very low cost Brokerage.
“I am a new agent and my deadline to register is coming up on May 22nd. I need to register with someone soon so all my schooling doesn’t go out the window. I want to “park” my license for about 3-6 months while out my business plan and marketing strategy. Can you give me more information. Costs? If I have someone interested that wants to buy or sell can I still get a referral fee by having my license parked?”

I would like information as to what the costs are for holding my license at your brokerage. Please advise to costs, as well as what system I would use to set it up. Both my husband and I are Brokers who no longer are associated with a Brokerage. He has not been registered with a brokerage since last summer/fall sometime, and I have only been unregistered with a brokerage for about a week. I look forward to hearing back from you,
Thanks,

Looking for info on parking my Real Estate License and how much it would cost to do so, and what do I need to do to get this started. I am just filling out the paperwork and was wondering in my resignation letter to my current broker what date I should put on it (today or tomorrow) I was not sure what the procedures are and how long it takes for you to things on your end and how long it takes RECO to get you a new registration certificate. I was just looking for your fax number so I can send this stuff over to you to get my license parked.

What are your fees for parking my ON license with you?

I have a big real estate team. Is it possible to have some team members to park their license with you?
Are you a Broker operating a Brokerage and you have INACTIVE agents?
Are you brand new beginning a sales career in real estate but you need to think before you leap?
Are you a real estate pro who needs to step back for personal reasons?
Do you need a break from all the high costs related to real estate sales?
Are you changing career paths and still want to keep your real estate license for your future use?
WHATEVER YOUR REASONS ARE, WE HAVE BEEN ASSISTING REAL ESTATE AGENTS IN ONTARIO FOR MORE THAN 15 YEARS, HELPING THEM KEEP THEIR LICENSE ACTIVE AND ALL FOR A LOW LOW COST. THOSANDS OF DOLLARS HAVE BEEN SAVED AND HUNDREDS OF ONTARIO REGISTRANTS LICENSES HAVE BEEN KEPT IN FORCE THROUGH RECO!
Keeping your license means that you have decided that the low cost of holding your realty license in force is far out-weighed by the huge benefits of maintaining a real estate license active. That even though your license is parked, it still gives you the opportunity to earn huge commission even if all you do is refer your sales leads and get paid referral fees.
